maybe... but here in czech rep. ppl speaks quite a lot about such a things, as well as media does. I think that the problem is rather that most of people dont care about whats happening so far away. it's the same as when nobody cared about whats happening in cambogia (dont know how to write it in english) during the civil war, Pol Pot and red kmeres. As long as their own country isn't directly involved and their own people aren't diying there, nobody cares who else is diying, how or why.
